Aims & objective of the Organization

General Objective:

1. To free the common poor people of the country from the curse of poverty.
2. Poverty alleviation through self employment after well organizing the backward & poor women/ Men of the Society.
3. To undertake various program to create employment opportunity for unemployed women & youth specially those who are poor in order to safe the coutry, from the curse of unemployment.
4. To improve the life style of the poor women/men of the program area undertaking income-generation activities & Micro-credit Program related to socio-economic development & poverty alleviation.
5. To aware the unskilled population through Non.formal education, eradication of illiteracy and establish day and night school for Children & adult for life based education.
6. To take overall steps to protect the right of poor woman folk.
7. To assist the poor people of the country through Micro-credit program and promoting small & cottage Industries.
8. To bring Forward the poor Cultivator Through Micro.credit visavis Agriculture resources.
9. To provide financial help for rearing up & breading domestic animals such as cow,goat,poultry,sheeps etc.
10. To arrange employment for unemployed women & men providing Training on handloom & cottage Industries( such as training on sewing, cane & bamboo embroidery & cottage Industries.
11. To provide assistance for Pisciculture & fish Production, give financial assistance offer & training program & assist to fish resource production after establish hatchery in private initiative.
12. To provide help & assistance to develop surrounding of project areas and public Health & nutrition.
13. To provide loan & rehabilitation assistance to the affected populace of Natural calamity.
14. To provide overall assistance for skill development & income generation organizing the people engaged in different profession through operation of Micro credit program.

Child welfare:

1. To initiate acitivities for overall welfare of handicapped & up-rooted children and to buid them as a good citizen.
2. To establish right of the handicapped.
3. To arrange better treatment for sick & helpless children.

Women Welfare :

1. To provide various traing to poor & uprooted for socio Economic & human resource development.
2. To assist in improving the life style of unskilled & poor women after Identifying & organizing them through supply of resource; creating the self employment.
3. To motivate women & men to accept family planning for limiting the population.
4. To raise obstacle against dowry and take steps to establish women`s right no member of this Organization shall receive or give dowry.
5. Provide financial help to a mother of unmarried girl.
6. To provide training on primary health care mother & children health care & to arrange free good treatment.

Youth Welfare:

1. To provide training necessary formal & informal education to the educated & illiterate youth and to arrange permanent & temporary employment.
2. To provide vocational training identifying & organizing un-skilled, poor, educated & illiterate unemployed youth & to arrange different employment on the basis of providing loan.
3. To motivate the youth in social & culture activities and to protect the youth from un-social & bad culture activities, and to protect the youth society from the bad effect of wine , Gaza & Heroine and to arrange proper treatment & rehabilitation of the addicts.

Social Development:

1. To motivate the villagers to provide voluntary labour for developmental work through necessary training.
2. To repair the road to lease ponds cannel & marshy land of the village and arrange pisciculture.
3. Undertake huge program to protect environmental pollution and balance Nature and to Motivate the people regarding this.
4. To undertake educational program from the adolescent school drops out.
5. To arrange self employment after providing necessary training on pisciculture, rearing up of domestic animals, poultry & Black Bengal goat among the poor & less- poor people
6. To arrange sanitation facilities & safe drinking water and aware the public regarding this.
