Bangladesh is the seventh poorest country in the world with 166 million inhabitants as per 2019 (est. World Bank). Bangladesh is one of the most densely populated country in the world. It has an area of 147,570 SQ KM.

To protect the country´s poorest people from untimely deaths due to lack of medical treatment, the Euro Bangla Foundation plans to build a hospital in Bhedergonj Upazila in Shariatpur district, the construction work which will begin in January 2023.

The Euro Bangla Foundation (EBF) plans to build a hospital for the socio-economic development of Bangladesh and provide medical services to the poor people.

Thousands of poor people die every year in Bangladesh due to lack of treatment. There is no any hospital in Bangladesh that has medical equipment fort he treatment of poor people.

The Euro Bangla Foundation has been supporting the poorest people of Bangladesh since 2003 through various cahritable activites.

Land has already been purchased for the hospital. The land has been leveled to prevent flooding.
